Dr. Marc Micozzi

Dr. Marc Micozzi is a physician-anthropologist dedicated to the fields of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) and integrative medicine. He founded U.S. CAM journals, edited numerous medical books, and chaired conferences on CAM. His earlier research focused on diet, nutrition, and chronic disease, leading to significant contributions and 275 publications. He held various roles, including the Executive Director of the College of Physicians in Philadelphia, where he initiated the C. Everett Koop Community Health Information Center. Dr. Micozzi collaborated with Former U.S. Surgeon General C. Everett Koop and has expertise in dietary supplements. He's served as the director of medical institutions and is an Adjunct Professor at prominent universities, lecturing extensively.
