Covid-19 infection could lead to sudden bone loss

Here’s the Covid risk you NEVER expected

Friend, if you’ve managed to avoid Covid all this time… you’re probably breathing a sigh of relief.

Because even though there have been plenty of MILD cases…

There’s still so much about this virus that NOBODY has got a real good handle on yet.

And more than three years in, it’s clear that the mainstream has been IMPROVISING its way through this mess…

Handling… and mishandling… the pandemic with a lot of guesswork.

Oh, they may ACT like they know what’s going on…

But truth is, the coronavirus just hasn’t been infecting humans long enough to have any really good, solid, long-term studies behind it.

At this point, you and the “experts” out there have access to pretty much the same research…

But THEY’RE picking and choosing what to share with the public… based on whatever aligns with THEIR motives.

That’s why you’ve got to do your own research… and find out the REAL story of what’s going on.

Here’s one thing I’m SURE your doc hasn’t shared with you…

Not necessarily because he’s KEEPING it from you…

But because it just hasn’t gotten enough mainstream attention to land on his radar!

Turns out, there’s a hidden risk behind a Covid-19 infection – one that’s got NOTHING to do with your lung health.

But it could lead to frailty… disability… and a loss of independence.

I’m talking about bone loss.

In two separate studies… one out of UC Davis, the other out of Indiana University… mice that were infected with the coronavirus showed what researchers called “acute bone loss.”

That means their bones started thinning SUDDENLY… not over the course of a long period of time, which often happens with aging.

Their thinning bones coincided with an increase in a type of cell called osteoclasts… which are also known as “bone-eating cells.” Those are the cells that promote bone resorption.

When osteoclast activity outweighs the activity of osteoblasts, or the “bone-growing cells,” you start to LOSE bone.

Now, if this happens to you… and I pray it doesn’t… it could mean your bones are no longer strong enough to bear the weight they once could…

And even the most MINOR impact could result in a fracture.

Now, this was a small study… conducted on animals, not people…

But it did REVEAL some things we previously didn’t know about Covid…

Like how the virus can INFECT bone and joint tissue.

That’s a double whammy, when you consider how a SEDENTARY lifestyle could also weaken bones…

And lots of folks are STILL less active than they were before the pandemic.

This tells me that it’s even MORE important than we thought to get out there and get active… which helps STRENGTHEN bones…

And to be PROACTIVE when it comes to bone health.

DON’T wait for your doc to order you a bone scan… or for your dentist to find bone loss on your annual X-rays.

But the best way to support strong and healthy bones may surprise you.

Because it’s NOT taking calcium supplements!

I’d rather see folks get their calcium supply from whole foods – and not just milk, but all kinds of full-fat dairy.

Don’t stop at just calcium, though…

Because despite what you’ve heard from those “Got Milk?” ad campaigns, it can’t build your bones on its own.

You need to COMBINE calcium with other vitamins and minerals, like…

  • magnesium
  • vitamin D3
  • vitamin K2
  • vitamin C

A good bone support formula will also include small but powerful quantities of trace minerals like boron, selenium, and silica as well.

For better health,
