Exercise helps restore sex function after prostate cancer treatment
Bedroom problems after prostate cancer? Try this BLOOD-PUMPING routine
“It’s okay…” your wife tells you. “We can try again another night.”
But it’s ALREADY been too long since you were able to SATISFY her completely…
And you’re LOSING HOPE that your ability to “perform” will EVER get better.
Friend, you’re not alone. Lots of guys have a difficult time “bouncing back” in the bedroom after treatment for prostate cancer.
In fact, it’s one of the BIGGEST complaints of prostate cancer survivors.
But becoming cancer-free shouldn’t have to involve a TRADE-OFF with your love life… and your wife shouldn’t have to SUFFER.
Fortunately, there’s a way to get BACK into the swing of things, according to research out of Australia.
It’s a simple way to RESTORE function “down there”…
Help you feel STRONGER…
And even help keep cancer from EVER coming back.
It’s exercise!
Now, strength training or aerobic workouts aren’t part of the “usual” care that guys with prostate cancer receive…

But in the study, their function scores WENT UP by more than 5 points.
Compare that to no exercise… when the score increased by just 1 point.
Study subjects also felt more SATISFIED with sex after the exercise routines… with a satisfaction score increase of 2.2 points, compared to 0.2 points without exercise.
Now, this was a REAL, physical matter… and not something that was just in the guys’ heads…
And this study PROVES it.
Sure, a guy might clam up a bit in the bedroom after having his prostate poked and prodded. And anybody would be a little worried after a cancer diagnosis.
But these findings show how getting a little extra activity could make A WORLD of difference below the belt…
Because when the researchers added psychotherapy into the mix… it resulted in ZERO improvements!
So, if you’ve had a little too much attention paid to your prostate… and you’ve had a hard time starting a party in your pants…
It’s NOT just because you’re depressed… anxious… or stressed out.
And the good news is that if your mood HAS taken a hit by all this cancer talk – and believe me, it IS traumatic – exercise can help that, too.
Research has shown that you can receive a major BOOST… just by running for 15 minutes or walking for an hour.
And even if the “big C” weren’t a factor at all… exercise has been shown to get blood PUMPING…
Especially where you need it MOST.
